Timely: Theme Scheduler — Privacy Policy

Timely: Theme Scheduler ("the App") is provided by Conexao Apps. This policy explains what data the App accesses and stores when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store.

Data we access

• Store domain and an access token issued by Shopify, used to call the Shopify Admin API on your behalf.
• The list of themes in your store (names and IDs), to let you choose which theme to publish.

Data we store

• The theme changes you schedule: theme ID and name, publish time, optional switch-back time and status.
• Support messages you send from the in-app Support page (with your shop name and email), stored only to provide support and deleted on shop/redact.

The App does not access, collect or store any personal data about your customers.

How we use data

Only to publish the themes you schedule at the times you choose. We never sell or share data with third parties.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, pending schedules are cancelled. Within 48 hours of uninstall Shopify sends a shop/redact request and we permanently delete all data stored for your store.
